We’re looking for a responsible, experienced Operations & Team Supervisor to manage daily employee performance, ensure timely progress updates through our internal dashboard, and maintain overall discipline and productivity across the company. This person will act as the bridge between management and the technical/marketing teams — ensuring targets are met and the team stays focused on company goals.
• Supervise daily employee operations and monitor dashboard updates.
• Conduct short daily or weekly meetings with all teams.
• Track task completion, attendance, and performance reports.
• Motivate and guide the team to achieve monthly goals and targets.
• Identify underperforming staff and report issues directly to management.
• Maintain company discipline and accountability among employees.
• Assist management with performance reviews and progress summaries.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in team supervision, coordination, or management (IT or sales-related field preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate, mentor, and maintain discipline within teams.
• Familiarity with basic IT operations, dashboards, or reporting tools.
• Must be organized, punctual, and proactive.
• Age: 28–45 years old (mature and confident personality preferred).
• Fluent in Sinhala and English.
• Based in Sri Lanka (hybrid or remote options may be considered).
